Purchased some chocolate caramels today, in Carrickfergus at the Medieval fair and they are truly exquisite. If you ever come across Holden's chocolate shops/stalls, please, go in and buy some, you will not be disappointed. Thank you. :o)

"........ it was such a nice touch for someone to take the time to explain about the chocolates and give great advice, not one off the chocolates were left as the recommendations were perfect, normally in our house there are always a few varieties that we don't like so it was great to be able to eat the lot.
